About Me

My passion for therapy stems from the love of working with bereaved families suffering the loss of a loved one and I am experienced in working with suicide loss survivors. I studied music at UC Santa Cruz as an undergraduate and studied psychology at UC Berkeley. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from University of San Francisco in 2009. I began seeing clients in 2009 at Haight Ashbury Psychological Services in San Francisco. I finished my hours in 2012 and became a fully licensed clinician in 2014. In 2020 I moved from California to Oregon. I am licensed in both states and can see residents of Oregon or California.

What I Offer

I am a fully trained EMDR clinician and love using it with clients. I see individual clients for change of life issues, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, coping with neurodiversity, past sexual abuse, anger issues, alcohol and drug addiction, pregnancy and postpartum issues, parenting issues (including parents struggling with neurodiverse kids, particularly ADHD), and family conflicts. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming! At this time, sessions are conducted via telehealth only, for individuals 18 years of age or older.
